Just One Step

Justonestep offers an alternative staff development training service designed specifically to meet the particular needs of your staff. Instead of sending your staff to centrally based one size fits all training course, Just One Step will bring the training directly to your establishment thereby eliminating substantial conference centre and travelling fees. Justonestep will work with you to identify and explore your training requirements.
The training programme will be designed to be part of your education development plan and will inform your evaluation and review process. Justonestep will work with two or three people or your whole staff group.

Each member of staff receives training resources used on the day.
Evaluation and Feedback.
Following the training we will review the feedback and provide you with a written report of all the ideas and plans generated to add to your education development plan and evaluation.
